The second episode of Epix’s four-part “Road to the NHL Winter Classic” series premiered Tuesday. If you missed either of the first two episodes, you can watch them on-demand for free here. Epix also released a couple of bonus scenes featuring Kids Wish Network child Lauren Santora, an 8-year-old hockey player and fan from Connecticut who has type 1 diabetes.
Earlier this month, Santora had the chance to eat breakfast with her favorite player, Alex Ovechkin, and practice with the Capitals. Santora didn’t make it into the second episode, but the footage from her day with Ovi was too good not to share.
